Everyday we read stories of foreign children being raped or abused or dying from diseases and we shake our heads and say God have mercy. This time, it is one of our own. I can call her that because AMNA built the school that she is currently attends. It is a sad case but God is able to make all grace abound on to you so that we can make provisions for Limpho and so many others like her at the Children of Glory School, Lesotho.
Limpho is only 7 but she has HIV because she was sexually assaulted at the age of THREE and although she is doing well in school, she is a double orphan and her only guardian left just DIED two weeks ago. If you have a heart, please donate towards the AMNA Scholarship Fund. It is only $360.00 per child and we have over 150 children in need of sponsorship out of 300 students who attend our school.
Time is of the essence in this case. Please SHARE it with family. Look into your wallets, Search your hearts, Speak to your Pastors or Heads or Departments. Please just share the fact that this vision created by Mummy G.O [Pastor Mrs. Folu Adeboye] must be done well for the Bible says, whatever your hands find to do, do it well.
Thank you for your time today, I am grateful that even after weeks of the Women’s Conference in Atlanta, you still continue to share the cross which AMNA carries. I sense the Lord telling us to raise the bar and build a shelter NEXT for the orphans in the school so that they can have a place to call home and keep them SAFE from the sick-minded men in need of prayers and deliverance who believe that if they sleep with a child, their AIDS or HIV will go away. What nonsense!!!
I have a 2 year old daughter and I can JUST IMAGINE how livid the parents of these children must be in their graves watching these crimes being committed on a per second basis. I have talked with the Principal of the school on several occassions and only he can tell you more than I have so please view his remarks in the attached document please.
